Both 2022 awards – the Four-Star ranking by Charity Navigator and the Gold Seal of Transparency from Candid (formerly GuideStar) – signifies that an in-depth evaluation of Thornwell’s financial reporting, annual reports, and other documents has occurred independently and then rated. These annual ratings mean a great deal as they demonstrate how effectively managed the finances are and if Thornwell adheres to good governance and other best practices.
