Thornwell is committed to accessibility and affordability – at Thornwell’s Child Development Center this means offering Early Head Start, 3K, and South Carolina First Steps 4K that can be low or no cost for qualifying families, alleviating financial burden. These services provide more than basic childcare; they provide diapers and nutritious meals.
